Distraction, interruption and fragmented productivity are their main weapons. Naturally, I love to make the most of each day by seeing tasks scratched off my to-do list. I start the day revved up and ready to tackle the day’s work. But soon, a glance at my watch reminds me that the day is almost over, and I am not even halfway done with my list! Clearly, something has been stealing my time. The time monsters have struck!

Sooner or later, we find ourselves unwittingly falling for the time monster’s tricks. We check social media notifications while working on a report, or we pause from a task to check on our email.
